Doesn'T Matter If Others Poem by Francis Duggan

Doesn'T Matter If Others

As long as what you are doing is not of harm to others you are doing okay
Forget the judgemental of you what they say
For minding their own business they will never be known
One wonders of them have they lives of their own?
Doesn't matter if others your praises never sing
Since you do seem happy at doing your own thing
They have their own heroes for to celebrate
You do not need people like them to tell you that you're great
Leave them to create their heroes of the town
Those they build to be great they can also drag down
They cannot help how they are since this is their way
The one they build up they may drag down one day
You are not harming others that is what really does count
And the praises and criticisms of others to little does amount.
