Don't You Dare Poem by Ella Lazaare

Don't You Dare

Rating: 3.5

Lift your head, roll to the side
Twirl and spin and gently glide
Don't you dare open your eyes

Let the pain flow out as you sway
Scream and curse if you stay
But don't you dare go away

Leap and land without a sound
Try to lose another pound
Don't you dare eat another round

Picture his face as you disappear
Whimper and sniffle as you pull him near
And don't you dare show your fear
