Dream
I’d wait for eons and forever
Were my dream of us together
Blessed a single chance of only coming true.
Inside a haze of pointless whims,
A path of tingling senses brims:
Her fingers chart a course of déjà vu.
The notion chases the heart to race.
Delusions of the mind, embrace
The madness!
O hear her purr ‘I yearn for only you.’
