A dropp of water - dear to you and me,
the cost is nothing - its given free.

It enlightens the life of many - good or bad,
comforts the weary - gladdens the sad.

To rich or poor - beggar or thief,
consoles all - of any belief.

A natures gift - to young and old,
cheers onthe faint - disarms the bold.

A boon! - to birds and beasts,
matter of faith - for some atleast.

Unlike most blessings - for which we pray,
what do u call it? 'A dropp of Rain' I say....!
