Blushes my tongue before thy rhetoric eyes
And your soft touches soar me skywards.
Your tunes are the balm to calm my broken heart
And when you rock, I'm drowned in deep delight.
Whither my white rose hides to evade my looks?
Knowing her wounds in life, how saddened I was!
Amidst harrowing thoughts and hunting hounds
She'd delved into the sea of books for solace!
You take me to that palace of pleasance
by thy amusing peeks and fleeting smiles!
But you stall my fancy from reaching its heights
by denying me thy enthralling sight!
My withering limbs feel the weather of charm
Though thy disdaining silence did do me harm.
