End is the beginning

End is the beginning
Rising, falling and again rising
So goes the wave, the sequence of creation destruction and creation.
This rhythm is the only constant in the transience; quark to cosmos for ever changing!

In a cycle or spiral, the journey's end
Is a new beginning
Birth has the seed of dying
New life and cycle is embedded in the womb of deathly end!

So the change of form and newness of the new cycle
Need not be terrifying
The thread of conscious energy is continuing and flowing
Even non existence and manifest existence move in a strange cycle!
