Escape Poem by Jayson C

Escape

Come and take my hand
I know you're weak, can't barely stand,
Let me lift you up, I'll show you more,
Let me show you my world's open door.

There's too much sadness in your eyes.
Let me wipe your tears and your demise.
Lets put a smile on that pretty face,
Bring back the joy and your grace.

If you're tired I'll let you sleep,
Lie below this tree, you'll fall so deep.
Close your eyes and do not stress.
Worry no more, I'll handle the rest.

Escape from your dark and lonely world,
Splatter with colorful memories as we could.
So my lady, smile and laugh,
Do not let responsibilities put you to stop.
