Escape Fate
We can run or fly
We can take a flight even a ferry
We can use the highway
Or the curvy byway
We can launch into space
And make of stars a living place
We can writhe through a detour
Or dash to Kuala Lumpur
In our bid to avoid destiny
But issa celestial given
That all the dark alleys of all of the worlds
Are not enough to escape fate.
