Every Time

Every time I breathe I take, I remember that I have air
Every time I step, I remember how to walk
Every time I say hello, I remember how to talk
Every time I see things, I remember how to open my eyes
Every time I taste something, I remember how to digest
Every time I smell, I remember to block my nose
Every time I hear something, I remember to cover my ears
Every time I close my eyes, I remember to open them later
Every time I get hurt, I remember to see a doctor
Every time I die, I remember …..
Every time

Poem of the Day

poet Sir Walter Scott

The moon's on the lake, and the mist's on the brae,
And the Clan has a name that is nameless by day;
