Everything Poem by Jeevan Bhagwat

Everything

Rating: 5.0

Beauty lives in your smile,
And joy within your dark, dark eyes
You are my everything
My everything and more.

My morning is dawned when I behold
The sun upon your face,
And my night begins when from your lips
Soft farewells imprison my ear.

How could you love another when I do bleed
Like wounded soldiers upon a battlefield,
And tinge the fragrant scented lilies
In crimson augmentation?

Oh you! - you leave me alone,
To wander in the darkest night
Without my heart, my love, my joy
Without my everything...
