Extra Perceptions Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Singer getting up to sing with the band, letting us
know every word as he enunciates them in tune with
the correct notes.
Sounding perfectly ligit, as we listen to every
melody, keeping astride of the rhythms being played.
Living inside the realms of my brain, giving extra
perceptions to all that is being sung tonight.
Reaching deep into the repertoire of the band's
knowledge, taking every avenue given to him.
