Eyes In The Dark Poem by Vision Ghost

Eyes In The Dark

The cold mystery that something, is there behind you
Watching the moment, of every curve, if only a few
Every breath heard, as a pounding heart is encouraged
Thrilled and excited, yet cold in the motion purged

Lost in a fantasy of you, of touching your pearl skin
And tasting rich wine, lips in a kiss, for midnights sin
Would you escape with me, or be with your security?
Forever within a wonderment, of encapsulated gravity

So much yet so unseen of us, within the veils darkness
Smell of leather invades the air, to mock the senseless
Lost in such moments, that you don’t hear what cries
That I may touch your face, before you saw my eyes

The seeing of you undressed, in the shadow of a night
So naked and cold, wanting the warming of my plight
That a breast to that I wish to hold, as I seek your kiss
To loose myself in the passion, of your eyes and bliss

So close I could hear you, whisper my name in want
Of a body so close, to something yet only you flaunt
The pounding in my chest, mimicking panting breath
As though I now fear, some kind of unforeseen death

Can I keep you so in this second, to watch you there?
Something wild is awakening, so cruel and so unfair
Fuelled in heat from the desire, for you I hold so dear
The pleasure of ourselves, we need yet so nearly fear

Knowing my gaze is upon you, as you turn in away
To try and forgot about my hunger, of this end of day
When the shield of light is gone, for you to now hide
Only for what is left, in my perceptions, to now confide

Lye down upon the velvet sheets, of your bed so alone
As I rest here upon the ground, against the coldest stone
Before you sense the motion, of a rose across your lips
Smelling scent of this intruder, as your fears relay in tips

Yet somehow calmed, by the presence you can’t control
Your skin as soft like silk, as finding its way to your soul
As from within your own cage, you are caught yet again
Knowing this thing of many evenings, takes away the pain
