Falling For Thomas Who Works At Tesco Poem by Paula Glynn

Falling For Thomas Who Works At Tesco

I see Thomas every day I shop in Tesco
Thomas makes me want to be a shopaholic
I love his quirky and attractive face
And I learnt his name from his name tag.

I see Thomas working the tills
Confidence I admire and love
He knows how to handle the public
He understands people and does his job well.

I see Thomas on purpose
There is always an excuse to visit Tesco
I just wish he found me attractive too
I wish he'd glance at me and fall in love.

I see Thomas with respect and grace
A place in the world beyond some fake ego
Thomas's presence lighting up the supermarket
Thomas lighting my heart like fireworks.

I see Thomas as a character from a historical novel
His personality vibrant and fun
Yet still serious and down to earth
For we have an erotic love story to write.

I see Thomas as a strong hero in a castle
Or as a prince in a royal palace settling in happily
His life rich with meaning, worth shiny gold
Our unique and passionate love story told.

I see Thomas tonight, all sexily dressed
I will see his angelic and masculine body
I will show him in desire I am his soulmate
I will show him only love I want to create.
