Fantasies Poem by Cynthia Buhain-baello

Fantasies

An easy option to give
His escape to inner sanctum
Clothing the naive
With Fantasy's perfume.
In there is no rejection
Nor harsh judgement to weigh
No need to gain perfection-
All acceptance there arrayed.

From reality, the cover
Comes blanketing desires
Differing choice of partners
With all levels of the fire
Consuming hidden passions
Away from reality
A prison in delusion...
His life of fantasy.

in all respects i find this a universal poem both in form and content. brilliant insight and worthy of translation into any language. i don't like this giving a 10 business. it cheapens a poem like this which earns permanent praise. but if you want a 10 you have it. hope you and your loved ones are ok. your friend, john
