A new vessel has not character nor history,
however, an older one has wisdom and leaves mystery.
The worn and cracked vessel will dropp water for the seed to grow,
but the glossy new vessel will not yet have love nor a story to show.
As with an aged wine, maturity shows strength and character,
does the human being grow to have that most important factor.
Colleen Wright.
I do love to be the older vessel of your choice with wisdom and mystery and a mature wine for your lips. Thank you Colleen. In return I dedicate to you my new poem with the title 'Why some women love'...After you, it's also dedicated to all poetically pretty women of the universe. Joseph Josephides
Colleen, I like the comparison between man and boat... I'd like to think man is equally sea worthy? But, regardless, a great poem and an interesting view on maturity... well done! ! Brian
I like this piece very much, not simply for the content (message) but also for the manner in which it is expressed. A real delight Colleen.

I would like to translate this poem
Dear Colleen You are right when you say that I have not yet found my true and total life. Still, there is an explanation why the poem was dedicated to all women. Because, as the poem says “All have reasons to be pretty”. Love is a mosaic composed by the individual brilliant stones, each woman brings in. Men cannot do it, acting selectively for a common idea, a common vision. Women do: for love, patience, care, home, family. So all of them are lovable! ! Aren’t they? If you convince a man, like me, that you represent each and every one of all those women bringing their stones to compose the mosaic, then it is you the real and total love I am searching. Based on this hope I withdraw that poem (Why some women love) and I now reform it with the new title “Call in with love”, dedicated only to you. With love… and thanks for your (re) constructive comments Joseph
