For The Sake Of A Village
Sacrifice a single man
To save the family,
Sacrifice a family
To save a village,
Sacrifice a village
To save the state.
A persona family,
A dynasty, motivating
Factor, though,
Must not be given
Priority for larger
Interest of the state
As a whole.
The welfare of
The humanity as a whole
Should be our motto.
And I would add: for the sake of Self(not self) sacrifice everything, as a verse in Mahabharata said. You've raised a relevant point on dynasty; I hope our politicians listen. Thanks for sharing.
