Forget Him Poem by Linda Damato

Forget Him

Rating: 2.7

Forget him
Forget his name
Forget his Kiss, his warm embrace.
Forget the love you once Knew, Remember he has someone new?
Forget him when they played your song, Remember when you cried all night long?
And just wondered why all day?
'Always and Forever' was a pinky promise You and I had made.
Forget how close you once were.
Remember, he has Chosen Her.
Forget how you memoriez his walk, Forget the way he used to talk.
Forget what he used to say, Remember he has gone away?
Forget his Laugh, Forget his grin.
Forget the way he held you tight, Remember he's with her tonight?
Forget the time that went by so fast. It didnt even last.
Forget the love that moved, Its past!
Remember, he said He'd leave you never?
Well... Look now, He's g o n e Forever /3

Forget him Forget his name Forget his Kiss, his warm embrace. Forget the love you once Knew, Remember he has someone new? What about a line by line edit? Maybe then: Forget his name, his burning kiss, the love you once knew. Remember now he's gone. Alas with a young girl too. You might continue if you fancy seeing how it turns out. Best
