Freedom No Thanks Poem by Not Long Left

Freedom No Thanks

If freedom of man comes at a price
bought by fear, intimidation and hate
I would think hard I would think twice
before it happens and its too late.

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

I think it was Kafka who said something to the effect, 'It is because you have freedom that you are lost.' This is very insightful, Vincent. Thanks for sharing.

The path to freedom may not always be found through the good but the alternative destination is slavery or servitude. Danny
