I was startled
When one of the friends asked
Do I know you?
No, it is not true

Your profile reflected
And led me to believe
That you have rich experience
And I must take chance

But she had already accepted
But parried
Question in regard
I too extended greeting with obliging words

Normally I don't boost
But thought of putting self first
I told about my achievement
And asked her to comment

She was for all praises
And raised my tempo
I thought of putting straight the status
And instil the confidence
