From Fairy Tales
from those fairy tales
time makes us strong
and mature
and patient and so
understanding about
what is happening
about the whys and
grasps for meaning, and
soon we graduate from
the
once upon a time
we move forward
to what we know and
yet we cannot say with
bluntness
because we cannot yet
fully accept the
consequences of
the pinch of realities,
now
welcome parables
mysteries
and deep silence.
