From My Heart Romance Is Gone Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

From My Heart Romance Is Gone

Rating: 5.0

And I am not going to set
My eyes on you, on your beauty
That is divine and flawless
And I am not going to dream
About you and about the flowers
That hang from your dark tress

And I am not much interested
On your smile and won't wait for
One when you pass my gate
And I will not write any more
Love letter and send you in books
As your love is not in my fate

And I am not going to write
A poem about your beauty when
You come out to stroll in the morn
And my pen spills words of pain
As in this time of old age from
My weak heart romance is gone

You are great dear AKP. It seems that you have attained the stage of an ascetic. It's. The case with everybody who looks forward to high resonance from celestial realm

Lovely poem on changing ways of life and emotions. I believe love runs under the ice of old age like water runs under ice- in tranquility
