Happy Mother's Day Poem by Jessica Copeland

Happy Mother's Day

I miss how you would steal my ice cream everytime we went to a restraunt but you'd never order your own

I miss how you would beg me to go feed the animals because it was raining and you didn't want to get cold

I miss how you'd pick a fight with me and then act all cutsie so I'd forget that I was mad at you

I miss how you'd threaten me when I'd steal your shoes

I miss the way you'd get very quiet if I proved you wrong

I miss how horrible we sounded when we heard our favorite song

I miss being able to tell you Happy Mother's Day
