Haunted Soul Poem by Samantha Bougie

Shadows is all I can see,
no light to guide my way.

The coldness of the dark,
is everywhere.

Crying. Screaming. Talking.
Repeating everything over,
slowly drive me insane.

But I am insane already,
driving further down the road,
never able to stop.

I can not be brought back,
my mind to far shattered,
too many pieces to pick up.

So leave me to my fate,
as horrid as it is.

For it was my choice to stay here,
and travel this lonely road.
