Hearts Apart

Moments I wish we had,  
Memories I hope would last.
Every time I close these eyes,   
I see you in my mind, smiling, starring

And it puts a permanent mark into my heart,
Yet! It's sad, you're the sun, I'm the moon
Skies our place, clouds our shelter
So near to each other but distance apart.

Kilometer and miles are so near compare to us,
You're within my reach but can't be touch
I would want to, but I can't,
Why? Because like the sky and earth,  

We're facing each other but can't be together 
It seems we are better off this way, tho.
We are hearts apart from love,
Hearts apart to be loved.
