Heartsore Poem by Suchi Banerjee

Heartsore

A magnet on my back, magnet on my side
Keeps drawing me to her,
A heart-sore, I cannot hide.

She's a heart sore, nothing more,
Comes back in here,
Never leaves the door.

Suppress, repress, I press away from her thoughts,
Pain, pain, this body does lots.

This magnet on my back, this magnet on my side
Keeps pulling her to me,
This heart-sore, I cannot bide.

This heart-sore, my heart-sore
I cannot ignore, not anymore
Not with how her eyes into mine bore
Not with how her eyes into mine bore.
