Her memory
Sunday,24th February 2019

I saw you breathing last
you were going away very fast
I don't much about the distant land
people say it is life's end

Maybe they are right!
it gives me no delight
I am afraid of losing your sight
I remember that deadly night

Sister, you were a little girl
how come your turn?
so early with such tragic turn!
with this thought, my whole body burns with rage

yes, I am fully convinced
that whoever has descended
on earth has to die one day
this is the reality and it can happen any day

still, thoughts invade
I become sad
when her memory rushed on mind's screen
it was terrible even then and now
