Ho'Oponopono Poem by connie crane

Ho'Oponopono

Rating: 5.0

I am so sorry
Please forgive me
I love you
You who are a reflection
Of the thought
That I am less than
Whole and perfect
I embrace you
I take you into my heart
I integrate with you
For I am love
And my love encompasses
All that seemingly is not love
I do not fear you
I do not hold you at a distance
I embrace you
I wrap my arms around you
These infinite arms
That know that all you are
I am
So when I love myself
I love you
When I love myself
I acknowledge that
I am whole and perfect
As part of me
You are whole and perfect too
When I see the seeming error
Of your ways I will
I will love myself and say
I am so sorry
Please forgive me
I love you
