Hold Poem by faith toney

Hold

and ill hold my breath
as long as you hold my hand
and ill hold back the tears
if you hold your words
ill walk real slow
to spend my time learning about the discoveries of you
and ill laugh at your stupid stories
and ill go home that night
and release all I stored
ill cry out in fury
and take my needed breath of life
ill scream into the walls of my dreaded room
everything you remind me of unneeded
I don’t let go because of the damage
you and I we talk the long hard exposed roads
we shed separate pains and tears
we lets weakness show to be reuse to time of regret
I regret nothing, but you hold the fear of life
that it might just take a hold of you
and when it dose ill be so far gone
but ill still feel the pain
cause im bonded to a part of you
my life was put on hold for you
and now im living so free
