Hope For Love Poem by JAMES T. ADAIR

If you love someone, if they've touched you inside somehow
hold them in your heart, you don't have to ever part
Don't expect the world from them, they might not feel the same
If you loved them and that's the case you're bound to feel pain

And of the pain and of the sorrow, that may oneday pass
The world is still turning and life is slipping away fast
So do the best you can and try to keep your faith in love
don't be afraid to pray for guidance and help from God above

In time, whatever is meant to be will be and happy or blue
You'll know in due time what your loved one intended for you
but until that day keep that person you love in your heart
and if you're blessed...they'll find you somehow and then you'll never part
