How We Once Were Poem by Sandra Feldman

How We Once Were

Rating: 4.5

Last night my happiness was great,
I thought that finally our fate,
Would happily conclude and more,
But now I realize, sadly so,
That ours were footprints in the snow,
Love cannot die and bloom again,
Today can't be what we were Then!

Once love dies, it can rarely be resurrected. Very true Sandra, well said.
