Without the pain
Love and heartache are the same
Without the pain
Would joy have any meaning
Without the pain
Would summer be a season
Without the pain
How would one grow?
Without the pain
How would one know?
Good from the bad
Happy from the sad
Without the pain
Life's such a bore.
Without the pain
We would never soar
Misery is optional!
