Huddlers - Lincoln Park Zoo Poem by Ima Ryma

Huddlers - Lincoln Park Zoo

We do a huddle, yes we do.
At huddling close we monkeys shine
Here at home in Lincoln Park Zoo.
Japanese macaques huddle fine.
Also called snow monkeys, we be
A socially dynamic group,
Passing down behave quality
From old to young within the troop.
And doing huddles is one way
We come together to assure
Our customs will strongly stay
Bonded together fur to fur.

So when you happen to come by
And see us huddle, you'll know why.
