When a young child cries will you be around?

When an old man dies of 105 will you be around?

When there's a fire downtown in the poorest house will the neighborhood be around?

When a quake shakes the earth of a baby cradle so detrimentally will that city still be around?

When a star burns the sky of blood will the Earth still be around?


When the wind whispers in your ear will you listen?

When a star shoots across the night sky will your heart glisten?

When your parents try to give you advice will you listen?

When you die is it your family & friends you will be missing?



When the crowd dances will the sideline audience care?

When the music shakes the house of Jehovah will the congregation bear?

When a Muslim eats a lamb will his family still be there?

When a Buddhist monk shows Tai Chi his own method will the energy be of truth or a dare?



If your best friend were to tell you a secret would you have the ability or will in your heart to keep it?

If you realized that the world is more that a secret and you found out there's more to this life than your own tiny little neigborhood would you peep it?

If you were running down a mountain would you have the audacity to leap it?

If you were treading waters and you started to drown and you saw your life flash before you would you keep it?



When a puppy dies will you bury it with dignity?

So you know one day you'll join it in infinity

My waters run deep it's time for iniquity

Feel my river and sail the tranquility



Are you a first born son?

Has your life has just begun?

Are you just one friend to all of humanity under the sun?

Do you walk your path knowing you will never have to run?



Walk to the summit of that mountain and say look below me

Did God light my way a new path to show me?

Say 'did He make you your baseball and to a safe glove throw me? '

Say, 'Feel my breath of crisp air and blow me.'



Into the wisp of clouds in the sky

Higher and higher will you fly

You won't sigh cry or worry because you say my

outlook is strong as stone crude water will just pass me by



So here You go to say so true

Let absolute truth show your soul what to do

You know what you were born to do

Dance your heart out and engulf love so true



A heart is a vast ocean

Once selfish now moving in keener slow motion

Your will is that of honored devotion

To show humankind that your acts can be of pure joy of emotion



You can't hurt anyone you want the best for anyone

Because your love for life is enabled for everyone

There is only one race

And that is the human race

Sit at the table of your own heart and taste

Find the glue of life and paste

Then bake your best meal and baste

Then realize you don't need makeup on your face



You don't have to dress to impress

Be yourself and show everyone you can be the best book on that shelf

Put your self to the test to show yourself you can have much patience

Dance or sing to the drum of you heart with absolute cadence



Open your ears and your heart and give it all up

To the Lord and let Him overfill you cup

Now it's time to set your alarm and wake-up

Because tomorrow may never come again and your life today could be His to take up



You are a friend

Until the very end

Listen because you can't say this enough

You love life and everyone in it true love is my own very unique kind of stuff



This is why there is true love

because you fly so high like the ultimate dove

you could always look high above

because you're not selfish at all you just want to give you a hug



So just remember to think about who will be there in the end

Will your heart be so torn It can't mend

I AM your own friend until the end

But don't worry I will see you in Heaven and together we can make our own new trend
