I constantly dream of you when I sleep
where picture perfect you do look at me
and it's as if to me you do peep
while I do pray that God do you safe keep
and again want with you to be
I constantly dream of you when I sleep
do all of my worries on God's s shoulders heap,
from war and pestilence I want the world to be free
and it's as if to me you do peep,
where to the end of my heart my love is deep
and too slowly my days are passing silently.
I constantly dream of you when I sleep
where you in loneliness at times do weep
and we have been divorced to eternity
and it's as if to me you do peep.
On a day I wish you from your feet to sweep
to life forever with you in tranquillity.
I constantly dream of you when I sleep
and it's as if to me you do peep.
