I Don't Have To Dream This Morning
I don't have to dream this morning
I don't have to go anywhere
I can sit and write these lines
In calm
I have prayed my morning prayer
And I am at peace for now
It is all quiet in me
And even the noises of others at their daily rounds
Do not disturb
Peace peace peace
And quiet
For now.
