I Never Come Back Again.

Once I go – I go for ever –
I never come back again.

Just extract me and enjoy the moments
Up to the fullest to your content,
I'm so subtle, so buoyant
But I'm momentary and very instant.
Squeeze me extract me
And fulfill all your jests.

Once I go – I go for ever –
I never come back again.

Only thing, you keep in your mind
Whatever you do – do it to enjoy but
Not harming others.
Cause for that – you’ve to pay
Heavily later.

Reminding you
Remember or not –
It’s up to you.

Once I go – I go for ever –
I never come back again.

Poet's Notes about The Poem

Here I wrote this poem hinting about the nature and behavior of time which comes with so many moods and vigor but stays for a little while only and once it goes it never comes back again

Time is fast going and also the life time in particular. What ever we think we plan and anything else we have to fulfill the schedules in minimum time. The poet speaks the subject very heartily and appreciable in its performance. (Report) Reply

    Indeed!
    Namaste!
    Indeed,
nor am I here to stay!

The past's hooks are not in me,
nor do they have any grip on thee!

Lost time can never be recaptured, so we have to look forwards and not back. Great poem Amitava. (Report) Reply

Amitava, an excellent reminder, I understand, time never comes back and we need to enjoy every moment
that we are here and do no harm to others. Get every instant out of life in the time we have here on earth.
Our past is gone with the fleeting of time and never comes back. Time is final in that way. Excellent poem,
    Amitava. (Report) Reply

Good rhythm, totally felt like you were speaking to me, telling me what
your plan is, and what we should do to enjoy our time here with you.
Also, reminding us to never harm another while we are alive.
Excellent poem, Amitava. It is a little difficult for me to read, I'll never
come back again, because of what I went through. Dying and coming
back again. You just never know what is going to happen, Amitava. (Report) Reply

Poem of the Day

poet William Wordsworth

I

I AM not One who much or oft delight
To season my fireside with personal talk.--
Of friends, who live within an easy walk,
Or neighbours, daily, weekly, in my sight:
