I remember that day I first saw you
So beautiful, so gorgeous, full of wonder
I thought to myself I wouldn't stand a chance
A girl like you would only go for the best
I remember that night I went home
And you were my only thought
Realizing that you were my dream
You were the portrait that my heart had painted
A portrait so fragile but yet so complete
I remember my heart as it started to beat
Faster and faster as I mentioned your name
Yes, I remember that night
As I drifted to sleep and entered this world
It was a place of wonder and fantasies
Then I saw you
You were in my arms
Holding on tight, never wanting to let go
Then I would start to float
I drifted up to the clouds only to realize,
That your love was the only thing holding me up
Suddenly I woke up and realized that it was you
You were that one that took me into this world consisting of two
Yes, I remember that day
It was the day me and you became WE
And now everyday im in this world
I refuse to let go
You are my blessing
And no one can take that away from me
