Too afraid, was I.
To lurk in your presence.
I summed up my courage.
I looked at your lips.
Like a man overboard,
Plunging to the unknown.

I closed my eyes and hoped for the best.
I seized the moment and stole a kiss.
Planted a feeling sure to last.
Hoping you'd forgive my mistakes in the past

That kiss.
A kiss that you would remember.
For better times or worse.
I was a moment that i could not rehearse.
i touch my lips and feel you still.
My spine feeling a pleasant chill.
The thought of you in arms.
That's why I seized the moment.
