I Tried To Write My Soul In Beautiful Poems - Poem by Shalom Freedman

I tried to write my soul in beautiful poems
They were my life in essence
And even if I could not let all of them be known
The best I had was mostly given-
I tried to give my soul to the world
In little lines
Small paragraphs of thought
Hidden surprises and sudden ironies of feeling
All that I have in my heart and mind at this moment
I give you now as these words.

Honest confession. As if soul speaks again. Thanks for sharing. (Report) Reply
