I wish I were
Friday,10th July 2020

I wish I was a rose flower
spreading the fragrance all over
making the difference for mankind
to find solace in the garden

the flowers are not meant to be plucked
or thrown on the road
ti be crushed under feet
and meet the ill fate

flowers are given the delicacy
and always find a place on the feet of an almighty
the fragrance is as sacred as divinity
and spreads the message for humanity too

our eyes feel cool
upon seeing the full petals
with colorful shades
on the blades of buds

no colors are attractive
as flowers have
they find the place in holy mosques, temples, and churches
where worship takes place

flowers change our way of thinking
poets find it easy while putting an ink
so flowers have importance
and to be a flower is pure coincidence
