Illusion Poem by Naomi Waters

Illusion

I no longer know whats real
I see things others don't
At first I thought it was reality
Was what I was seeing
Then
I would blink
And the world would change
I don't want to sleep
Because I know
When I wake up the world wont be the same
I talk to people who aren't really there
Are they ghosts
Or is everything just
An illusion
I can feel their stares
They think i'm crazy
Or maybe i'm not
Are they illusions too
Is my whole life an illusion
I don't know
I just don't know anything anymore
No more can I see the line between
Realities
If the world is an illusion
Then what am I
What is an illusion
