Impending Doom
Show me beautiful colors
to fill up this sky
send me away from "what ifs"
so I don't have to cry
do I go left or do I go right
no longer is relief in sight
remedies are few
should I give up on you?
running and closing my eyes
oh let me see truth, not lies! ! !
who is the victim here?
why must I live in fear?
the impending doom does loom
in every breath I take
how much longer can I go on
how much unhappiness can I take

Mr. Day, GIVE me sunshine and puffy white clouds. Don't, with gloom wrap me in funeral shrouds! ! I'm not ready to end my life like that! No Siree! I swear to not give into gloom; I'm too mature. Get out of my way, Gloom. Happy I'll be! ! ! ...bri :) [now, SMILE! ]
