Imperfection Poem by Damian Fisher

Imperfection

Rating: 5.0

Let imperfection be a lesson,
To all of those who are adolescent.

For those who run and hide your face,
Must learn there are things you can't escape.

This tainted illusion still crowds the minds,
Of those who plan their perfect lives.

Embrace the flaws that cloth skin,
Know imperfection is not a sin.

Stand up tall you punks, the preps, you nerds,
And all you troubled goths.

Be not ashamed of you are, but proud to be like no one else.
