In My Life My Words Have Lost Power (Novelinee)
True in the hearts of other people sings
my verses when they early do arise,
when love to them are newly awaking,
when life sparkles suddenly in their eyes
but in my life my words have lost power,
rather causes pain, disrupting emotion
that over my humanity tower
and somehow this severe commotion
leaves me with a lost kind of notion.
