In The Deep Of Night Poem by Nudershada Cabanes

In The Deep Of Night

Rating: 5.0

In the deep of night
With no sound to mar the stillness
I lay awake with thoughts running in my head
Thoughts of a wandering mind
When the world is asleep
I lay dreaming, imagining
Thinking about anything and everything
That my mind can conjure
Silence offer me company
As my thoughts fly away
On wings of dreams into the deep of night

A saint has this kind of mind! The poems you write may be out of emotions recollected in tranquility.

Well done. 'Silence offer me company' should be 'Silence offers me company' The last line can be revised to On dreamy wings into the deep night But, as I said, you have a good command of the language, and you have a fine poetic sensibility. Well done.
