Invisible Poem by Sarah Mc Cabe

Invisible

Rating: 5.0

Her hair covered her face, her cheeks flaming red.
He watched her curiously wondering what was going on in her head.
Her whole presence was negative, her aura miserable.
He couldn’t understand how this stunning girl wanted to be invisible.

He knew she was the one when instantaneously he fell in love with her.
But the heartache for her was too much she knew there was no cure.
It was a matter of time before he knew their paths would be crossed.
What was this secret locked up inside her, the way she looked so lost.

Today was the last day of the rest of her life.
If he knew this it would kill him like being cut deep with a knife.
She needed to be saved, to have her lungs fill with air.
He wanted to hold her, love her unconditionally and be the one to care.

As she moved away, he was afraid to lose her, he couldn’t take that chance.
‘’Hello’’ he shyly caressed to her, she blushed and tried to smile snapping out of her trance.
They looked into one another, seeing deep, feeling the love mist all around.
She took her first breath of her new life and knew she’d finally been found.
