Is This A Dream? Poem by erin ford

Is this a dream? Is this all in my head? Can so many things be wrong with the world? All the pain with out the gain is so unecessary and out of place. Its like we are in a new arms race and we are running through it at an unsteady pace. And we don't know what to do to to pull the U.S.A. through. I hope its just a bad dream, cause when all the death and bloodshed runs rampant in my mind I scream. Just thinking about the souls that were lost and the many hearts broken makes me shed tears of anguish.I blame Bush for his poor choices cause now our boys are dying over there and everyone's crying. All I can say is I hope that Obama helps our world out, cause sooner or later we might just die out. I think its a dream but just in case i'll pray to god to hasen our pace.
