It's Your Luscious Smile, Darling Poem by Hebert Logerie

It's Your Luscious Smile, Darling

It's your luscious and jolly smile
The cadence when you walk
The diction when you talk
And your exquisite style.

The natural skin tone of your face
And the simple parlance outing your mouth
Oh! Darling, after seeing you laugh
My body and soul froze in one common place.

It is your heavenly smile
And your sassy steps on the aisle
Tonight. Oh! I almost swooned.

Flash up a smile once again
And put in a dreamy mode, beloved queen
My soul, my heart and my spleen.

Smile, smile again, and smile
Be eternally my sweet heaven
And my resting haven for a long while.
