Jingle Bells Poem by Oritseweyinmi Ejeye

Jingle Bells

Jingle bells jingle bells
Oh its that time of the year once again, that I know for merry faces are all I see on the streets I walk
Jingle bells jingle bells

My mood lightens as the christmas lights are switched on
Jingle bells jingle bells
I mellow in happiness as I hear the holiday songs being sang outside my window

Jingle bells jingle bells
A smile creeps in as I put the christmas gifts under the tree

Jingle bells jingle bells
I laugh silently when I see the anxiousness on little boys and girls faces as they ask what precious gifts await them under the tree

Jingle bells jingle bells
Christmas is surely the best time of the year
