Just A Favour



Please don't let me dissapear.
Don't let me drown in deep water's.
Sink into the cracks and crevices of the world.
Don't let my thoughts spill over to be eaten by the hungry.
To be sucked into soft soil with no foundation.
Don't let me walk the thread of life with no harness.
Be just one ingrediant in a mixed emotional system.

Please don't let me trickle through your fingers.
Evaporate under the harsh eyes of criticism.
Don't let me fall prey to the lustful.
Injected with a false hope or a poisonous fame.
Don't let me trip on hatred not meant for me.
Get trapped in the mundane and unimportant.

Please don't let me slip through unnoticed.
Or my opinion be looked over or brushed away.
Don't let me fail to see the signs given to me.
Be tangled in a mess of violence and corruption.
Don't let me be swallowed by society.

Please don't let me be forgotten.
Don't let the curtains close.
Don't let me be boxed and sold.
